no matter which vent control button is pressed I am getting cold air out of the A/C vents continously.The heat vent on the drivers side also does not put out very much warm air.Is their a simple solution to my problem?Thanks for any help.

 

u know that lil switch next to all the buttons on the left side of the controls? slide that thing down. with it up...it'll aways bring in fresh air.

 

I tried that. It is in the down position.I tried moving it back and forth but it didn't change anything
