DIY FSTB Install - ?

Yeah I installed it myself....do I need to worry about my alignment or any of that matter?

I'm not totally positive, but, I'm pretty sure that you don't have to worry about it, but, I could be wrong?

Did you "unload" the suspension before installing it? You probably won't realize it's full potential until you do.

Well, that's generally what everyone does. Heck, it's a mod after all... But to get the FULL benifit of the chassis-stiffening effect that the FSTB gives you, you'll need to take a load off (your front end), so to speak. Pretty much what ocMax said.... Now, this info is based on some previous posts on this subject and I've yet to test it's effectiveness (I just put on MY FSTB last week), so maybe someone with a bit more subjective opinion on this subject may be able to answer that better.

If it's a drive-on lift, no, it won't do anything except give you a 5' drop if you slip... If it's a 4-post that would work, but the easiest way probably is to just get a floor jack or two and lift the front end up.
