Repairing Stock 94 GXE Blose System

Would anybody know how to repair the system? I would like to attempt it if its fixable. Any help would be appreciated!

How about mentioning what is wrong?

Anyway, its nothing a Heidlburg CD51 won't fix.

BTW Everybody, I am not really trying to fix my head unit.
