My max don't start

This morning i was about to go to work and my car didn't start. After starting max twice it started to make a clicking noise. I checked my battery and it was in good condition. I checked my ignition coil. I neasured the resistance between the terminals and the specified resistance on my car was higher than the specifed resistance in the book . Do i need to change the coil because of the higher resistance or find the other cause of why my car won't start

somebody please help

it's possible you've got a bad coil, yes... without seeing it I can't help a lot, but if the resistance on the coil is high, it's very possible that it's bad. how much higher is it? what are the specs and what are you getting?
