I wanna get a new air filter for my Max, not sure what I would be looking at in cost. I really don't wanna spend more than $200 for a new one, and what would be the cost for a K@N air filter. I would like to keep the car as original as possible but would love more HP what would you guys suggest???

without modding the car you can get a K&N Drop in filter, it wont do that much for you. for about $90 or so you can get a POP Charger from Jim Wolf Techonologies, this uses a 360 degree conical filter instead of the flat panel fliter.

There is a type that a local shop has called AeroSpeed. He sells them for $26.99 each. These are just a little smaller than K&N, but still the oil/ cotton based design.
