any thing wrong with stock???

Guys, I have and 89 se in very good shape, leather and all. I use it as my daily driver/chillin ride. Im slowly getting it tight by doing the neccessasary stuff(timing belt etc.) I would like to do all the mods that you guys talk about, but then again whats wrong with stock??? keeping the original flava??? hit me back and get me right with why I should mod her out

Check my cardomain site (the www at the bottom)

My car is so stock, it's almost like it was new, except worn out here and there (like my shift ****).

I like it that way, too. (stock, not worn out) I would like to get new wheels and lower it. Maybe a CAI. But, I still think it looks nice stock.

Mods are nice, but I have other things to spend money on, too. I own a house, which takes up most of my spare money.

Just do what you want. Remember to have fun, enjoy the ride and don't go into debt for a car. If you have the extra cash, OK, but if you don't have the money, don't spend it.

buy stock do you mean performance or looks i like the look stock but when it comes to performance if you want your car faster you catch the modding bug really fast and after it bits it stays itchy for along time

If you have an 89, you have the VG and you are facing more of an uphill battle to go fast, unless you have LOTS of cash.

You start out with 30 less hp than a VE (of course you'll never have to worry about VTCs).

You can still outrun most Hondas or Toyotas, though.

check some members rides that have lots of mods, and ask about what works best. You should probably start with a CAI and y-pipe. Those seem to be the cheapest price/biggest gains.
