so can we have a list of who gave what when so we know how this will roll out ? I thought that they all were going to ship out when they were done. What is it that he dosent have alot of access to ? a welder ? or pipe bending machines ? if they are bent already and its a welder a suggestion would be to go to home depot on the weekend - rent one - and finish them over the weekend....good luck !

 

Well, due to lack of funds, they said it wouldn't be in his best interest to rent one. Mine has supposedly been boxed up waiting to ship out since beginning of december. Due to painting problems he had to repaint something and ended up giving away my midpipe, then he gave away my maf adapter after he just repainted a new midpipe. So now yesterday:

Me (9:48:49 PM): so any eta on this bit metal pipe?
John (9:49:14 PM): next monday
John (9:49:22 PM): not this coming one

 

so can i have hopes for february ?

 

john or shawn, i will pay for the shipping of my pipes if you just tell me you have the whole thing to ship out. honestly. if it is just a matter of shipping costs, i will eat that. this silence is killing me, guys.

Hey John or someone who can get in contact with him...I have been patiently waiting on my midpipe since end of october/beginning of january. It was only in need of paint in december so I see no reason for the lack of pipes to be causing my intake not to be here. So I am beginning to lose hope that i will see my intake one day...

nobody is getting replies to emails. occasionally, john or shawn will post here and bump the delay. that is about it.

 

what a junky deal for all parties involved. I was this close -->||<-- to paying for one of these when they first came out. I opted for a returned cattman cai though. Good luck on this deal guys and good luck little piggie getting your life in order.

well im not really a poet im just trying to keep my sanity and keep myself from loosing a cool head .....damn wheres that ice ? i knew i should have bought it from a reputable dealer like cattman or stillen, however i wanted to give an orger a chance just like i did with kevin cleff - i got my gauge pod and its GREAT !!! and i waited quite some time for it. So i guess ill just have to wait a bit longer

 

for some reason, i have an optimism about this despite all signals to the contrary. i think shawn stepping in has helped me cope with this brutally frustrating situation.

at least know, john, that we wanted to help out a fellow org guy. remember that. and we are still giving you the benefit of the doubt.

I just want to remind everybody that we all run into problems from time to time. and I hope piggie gets his **** together soon.

Ok guys, I've been watching this thread, just so you know, but I haven't really been able to say anything.

Luckily it looks like John will be coming up to visit again next weekend. I haven't gotten a complete comfirmation yet, but I just wanted to let you guys know about it. I'm not sure if he will be able to get the welder or not, we might be able to get access to a local one, maybe.

I just wanted to say sorry its taking so long and really does suck. I don't know how much that means to you since there isn't much I can do about it aside from trying to help out.

 

if you can help out and get these things out to us then i gove you all the thanks in the world.....all im waiting on is the mid and end pipe - i have the adapter and filter. at this point i dont care about the color ill paint it myself - if you can just get those welded and sent im sure alotta people would be happy (including myself) and all faith would be restored in a .org purchase......

 

shawn- find out how much it would be to rent a welder.

 

hell il go in on halves for the welder - get us prices so when you meet up these can get DONE.....

you could do custom colors, like candy apple green and red, with huge metal flakes in the paint. you could have a cheetah pattern on the pipes. or zebra stripes. imagine that when you popped the hood.

 

cheetah would be unpainted works for me !
