There's a height adjustment mechanism on top of each one. Not sure which way makes it go up or down.
Also there is an in/out adjustment screw at the bottom of each light. 8/10 mm I think...

yeah, what awsm66 said, by in/out I meant you move the inside edge in/out, thus aiming left and right.
