Does anyone know where the switch the trunk lid uses to turn the light on in the trunk? The light would work internittently and now it just doesnt turn on. I've replaced the bulb but I cant find the switch/plunger that turns the light on. Its irritating when i cant see anything in there at night!

welcome to my world... its a ***** aint it? the switch is on the latch part thats on the trunk LID... so if you remove the carpet away from the latch up there youll see the wires go to it and i guess it wears down and the switch is dead. and its stuck to the trunk latch, so you cant just buy a new switch, but you gotta buy a whole new latch. and trying to buy that latch? HAHAHA good luck, ive asked for it so many times from people parting and junkyards, they dont wanna sell it or havent responded. a PITA. so for now i gotta a make shift wire for my light switch until i can actually contact someone that will sell me theyre latch. (guess theyres always the dealer, but damn i hate buying parts new from there if i dont have too... $$$$)
