will there be a problem with my tires??

i just got 2 of my 4 rims/tires and the rims are 18x8 with a 225 tire. the tire kinda peels back off the rim and the tread isnt as wide as the wheel. Will this cause any problems?

That is sorta small for a 8" rim. One curb and the rims is scratched to hell

well i know a 235 is pretty much standard for that size, but a 225 isnt THAT bad is it?

You'll be fine. Just try to stay away from curbs. I had a 245 on a 9.5" tire for a year, and everything was kosher. Tires are meant to fit different wheel sizes, so you'll be fine, you just need to be extra careful since you don't have the lip protection.

i have a simmalar setup a 215 on a 7.5 inch rim. it does stick in. i think it looks better, but you have to watch out for curbs because you dont have protection on the side of the rim. i have not had any problems and they feel good in turns. they are 35 series, just watch out for big pot holes so you dont drop it on the lip of the rim or it can bend.

my max is charcole pearl too
