Yesterday i bought this FI. I poor it in the gas tank at the gas station and fill up the tank to full. This morning i try to star the car and it did not star, the engine crack over but it won't fire up. TRy it about 3 time i smeel alot of gas so i let it sit for about 5 min and try it agian. The engine slowly fire up ,i push on the gas pedal and the engine finally fire up. I thought the FI i poor in was bad for my car so i think if i drive around use up all my gas then it my come back normal. I stop by my friend house and i left the car on because if i turn it off it won't star back. When i came out from the house i saw cooland was everywhere. I pop the hood and i saw my a big crack on the side of the radiator. I try to start my car but it won't fire up(the same porblem i have this morning). I think it is a bad water pump make the radiator crack. But the engine won't fire up i have no idead. So please help me. I just came to US for about 1.5 year so my english is very bad.
i hope some body know what problem i have. thank

As I said it SHOULD never cause. FI cleaner if used PROPERLY shouldn't cause a car to stall out.
of course your example is a FORD so anything is likely and possible

hi i think i have the same problem... We got our 89 maxi in a trade...we were told that the alarm system went off and after that the car woudlnt crank... So, we had a feeling it was out of gas. We bought a couple gallons and pulled three fuses for the alarm system and put em back. The car fired up. We decided to buy a bottle of FI cleaner and pour it in a full tank. It ran good for a week and then the alarm system went off again. Afterwards, the car will spin over and act as if it is firing..but wont crank. The smell of gasoline is strong. So, we bought a new ECU, ECCS relay, and a fuel pressure regulator. Still flooding out. Got it cranked and wiggled the injector wires and the car idled down. Now it is backfiring a bit and running really raggedly...worse than before. We are already looking into new injectors but any other ideas would be helpful since we have already put 400 bucks in this car this week alone. I am in no way a Nissan person...this is my first... Im used to the gas hogs of the old days...so any help with the lilbit will help..Thanks..

autozone plugs? I hope you didn't go and get Autolites or something. I'd rather stick to the NGKs for a few bucks each. I've seen Nissans, in general, have problems with generic brand plugs.

HEY! at least YOU, yourself! solved the mystery! Good work gumshoes.

NGKs are supposed to be pre-gapped hence the -11 at the end of the long part #
