What brand are those headlights? If they are over stock wattage and you are not running a wiring harness, be prepared to have your sockets burn out in the future.........

Sorry its long but hope it helps

DCMax and I just did this same thing on ours. We both got PIAA's and wanted our corners to match. After looking around it seems that most people here recommend the Polarg lights. I visited the PIAA web site and saw that they make the 1157's (the corner bulb size) but I can't find them anywhere. I really like the way the Polargs look. There also is another bulb in the corners (194 wedges). These should also be replaced with either Polarg or PIAA's to get all the lights to look the same. But you wont be able to tell unless you have clear corners.

We also managed to get our bulbs in backwards and it keeps them bright all the time, instead of just when you turn on your turn signal. I haven’t talked to anyone about this, and I am curious if any one else has done this. It does seem to put off a lot of heat and I don't know if it will melt the harness. If you put the Polargs in the right way there is no problem and they look great. Anyone done this with their corners?????? I dont wanna mess something up. I am new at this so one of you Max Veterans let me know if I am screwing up or if what I have done is all right.

The answer to your question, adamlacey, is go to http://www.autofreak.net/ to order your bulbs. This is a place that we found was quick with their shipping and seemed to have what I was looking for.

If you are ordering from autofreak.net the item number I purchased for the dome lights was M16. You get two of them in the package, so one you can have as a back-up or find someone to split it with ya. For the 1157's we purchased the 21/5w, their item number is M14. We chose the lowest wattage because we didnt want to worry about our wires melting from too much heat, and they look just fine. Hope this answers your questions.

I had a problem ordering from them too. I had to have DCMax order them for me. We have different Internet services, and I guess mine just didn't want to work.
