Bucking around 2000 rmp

My '91 Max idles great, starts fine but when you give it some gas, either in park or while driving the thing starts bucking real bad like it wants to stall but dosn't. As sone as I back off the gas and ease into it, it runs fine until the rmps get up there a bit and it want to cut out. This only happened a couple intermited times.
The plugs, wires etc have all been replaced.
So, I replaced the fuel filter, air filter, cleaned the MAS and added dry gas in the tank, filled up with super, and now it does it all the time!
Any advice would be great!
Thanks,

Did you clean the MAF before or after it started doing this. Sounds like MAF to me.

Ask internetautomator for better price... There is nothing to clean. Only two resistors for u to ruin.

2000rpm is safe mode limit when some sensors fail; like cam rev sensor.

Look at sensors testing from autozone.com
and http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/748507/9

O.k., I find that it has a code 12.
Haynes said to check for for to the MAF, it was good. Then it said to check terminal "B" while at idle and engine off, key on. I got nothing. So, now what do I do?!

try testing your oxygen senor/knock sensor

all you have to do is unplug the senor conector, check the manual for location. drive the car around and see if the problem goes aways.

this problem happen to my 89 gxe (vg30) thought it was the maf sensor too
