Please Help, I'm Sad

Hey guys, my 92 se has been running funny lately. It's the ve engine, i am experienceing power loss through the gears, it just doesn't feel as quck and responsive as it used to, and when im idle my rpm's will jump up and down between about 800 and 2500 , up and down, and there have been a few times its wanted to stall out when i come to a stop. I know this is probably a simple question but whats the most likely problem im encountering here? sensor? injector? THanks guys.....

disconnect the coils one at a time with the car running, and make sure that each one causes the car to run WORSE.
if one doesn't cause a change then you have a starting point on which cylinder is having a problem.

swap the coils between that cylider and the one next to it. if the miss moved to the other cylinder than it's a coil.
if not pull the plug to make sure it's good.
also check the resistance on the injector, it should be 10-14 ohms.
