That seat holder in between the two seats, behind the e-brake

Is there anything below that holder? I want to cut out the plastic and mount my CB radio in there. Or do you ahve no idea whay I'm talking about?

shoulder seat belts mechanism are in there.

Are they right under the floor of the holder, or are they fruther down, I need about 4-5". I might take apart housing, but if you know I'll leave it be.

I don't think that's ngthing's car. it actually looks like an avenger or something.

its a sentra/200sx. unsure of the year.

As Dan said, it will be very close, but I'm pretty sure there's only about 3" there.
best way to figure it out is to measure from the bottom lip of the center console up to the top of the center console...

now stick a piece of tape on the carpet where you started the measurement, and remove the center console. now measure the height from the top of that tape up to the top of the seatbelt mechanisms...

if there's enough room there to fit your CB, then go for it..

also realize the top of the flip-up part is recessed about an inch or two, so you can have it raised up a little bit if there's not clearance room underneath..

Not like it really matters, but Sentra's don't have that third brake light on the trunk. It's an avenger, saw one exactly the same today.
