My driver's side seatbelt has been cut. Was that way when I got the car. Does anyone know where I can get a new one, and how much, and how to do the replacement?

 

IIRC Seatbelts have a lifetime warranty. If the belt looks like it's worn away as opposed to cut, you might be able to get it replaced @ your friendly neighborhood Nissan dealership.
