I went to salvage today and They finally got a maxima with leather seats(black) the only thing is that the drivers seat has a small amount of damage (couple of rips/holes about the size of 2 quarters) Is it worth $250??
Unfortunately I don't have the money for it now but I'm tryin to find a way to get it. I just need to know if $250 is a good price in your opinion

 

no from a junkyard you should be able to get the whole set for $100 with the damage

 

I'd wait until they get a better set of seats before I shelled out that kind of money (but I can't repair leather either). Maybe try a junk yard in a different city. My seats are trashed too. I bought a nice set of seat covers for $40. They'll work until I can locate a good set of seats. Also you may want to try the classifieds in your local paper. Check on wrecked cars the owner is parting out or whatever. Hope this helps.

 

no way would I pay that much for salvage leather seats in that shape. the junkyard that I used to go to before I moved charged $20.00 per seat no matter what shape they were in. the only thing that would cost more was if they were like power and you got the power motor.

for $250 you could be well on your way to getting a new leather seat kit.
