Ok First of all, what year and model is your car. I have the same problem, exactly. Mine squeals when it starts and when you rev the engine about three or four times and then the car warms up and it goes away. The Nissan dealer told me it was belts and at the time all me belts were cracked and worn so they replaced them. This didn't solve the problem. Let me know if you find the solution.

i would say in your situation check the bearings in the alternator and related components and idler pulley(s).

i have a 93SE 5SP. i did the same thing when this first started. even after swapping the belts it was still there. i am going to replace the idler pulleys (accessory belt tensioners), front crank seal, oil pan gasket all in one shot so wish me luck. sooner or later my baby will get an overhaul: new rings, gaskets, bearings, pistons/rods-lightweight aftermarket stuff if possible.

Make sure the belts are tight enough.
