E-Brake Tightening

I havent looked yet but if someone could help me out my car has about 125,000 and the E-Brake is gettting loose i can pull it all the way up although it's still decent i'd like it to be a lot tighter is there just a nut or bolt i can tighten to do this or what. I havent looked into this at all yet so just a little insight would help.

check your rear pads and see what they're looking like for wear.
If they've got plenty of material left on them, there is an adjuster screw on the ebrake handle. you need a deep socket 10mm and an extension to get to it.
pull the rubber boot back around the e brake and you'll see it.

fsm says 8-10 notches on a pull and that the light should first come on after the first notch is "notched"

the light should come on as soon as you lift the handle- before the first notch.
