Well I already bought a 02 Toyota Highlander. And the worst part was, not too long after we bought it, we found a black 3rd gen 5 spd for sale.

I suppose that means its time to order the wilwood kit and maybe a .5-.75" spacer

oh and I found what was causing all the free play... probably best to order a new control valve, or a rack and pinion . There was about 1/4" of play back and forth

would? I hope they do

I dont even have anywhere to put them so I'm just leaving them in the jimmy until I can get the garage picked up alittle bit.

I'm going to need 1" to 1.25" spacers as it is right now with drums, the Wilwood kit widens the track width about .5" on each side, not quite enough to make it perfect but it helps.

Mine has developed a bad PS leak the past 2 days I haven't really looked, it's probably the hose, but the control valve isn't in the best shape.

I had just about convinced myself to buy the Total Control Products manual steering rack ($1300) but I want to use a hydrobooster (~$550) and that requires powersteering, the TCP rack is $2000 (+ $500ish for the KRC adjustable pump) which is just too much right now. Wilwoods are going to be ~$1600 all said and done and haven't even gotten to suspension yet

Can't really afford to do it all at once, but rolling on the gas from idle and lighting them up already makes it worth it (even though I could do that in the max )
