problem with belts maybe

problem with belts maybe
Whenever i am driving my max and i floor it, sometimes when i let go of the pedal i hear a loud sqeek. It sounds like a turbo with the wrong sound. does any one know if its the belts or somthing else?

it could be the idle pulley,
