possible T-belt misalignment?
First off i wanna say hello everyone im new here, now w/ pleasantries aside,
A week or 2 after buying my car i checked timing on it to find that maximum advance on it was circa 12-13 degrees btdc (between 3rd and 4th to last notch to pass the timing marker) the previous service history indicates the t-belt was done w/ a waterpump change @ 60K its at 93k now, so does this automatically mean the belt has slipped/installed wrong? if not, could i possibly correct this by taking dizzy out and reinstalling it?

From my experience a VG30 will run poor even with 1 tooth off. I have had them brought to me after someone did a T-belt job and got a tooth off. If one cam tooth is out but the other isn't, then in a sense, the engine isn't in "balance" and will run crappy. I would check the dizzy first.
