At times (very often) my wipers don't return to the bottom of the windshield when the switch turned off. Where ever the wiper is at when the switch turned off, that's where it stops. It real annoying especially when I have the intermittent wiper setting, instead of returning after every swipe, it just stops in the middle of the windshield and moves again the next cycle. I've tried a different wiper motor, switch and timer just for GP but nothing still the same. I've kinda narrowed it down between a back connection between the motor and wiper relay but not too sure.
