What is invovled in doing this mod?

 

i want one too, but i heard they can possibly break on a VE!!!!!!!!! forget that!

 

I have never heard of them breaking on a VE.I am currently trying to get a group deal together for a VE UDP.Let me know if you are interested I know of 3 people for sure interested in it.Flyry if you get one of these I guarantee you can be running 14's no problem.I heard that a UDP is better than full exhaust!

does having a audio system have an effect on alternator when you get udp

 

i've been asking this question for a while now, nobody seems to have an answer. my main concern is with underdriving, and of course that would affect accessories, etc.

 

wheres matt93gxe when you need him...i havent seen him get a wrong answer yet....what i wanna hear is that ,of course it affects accessorie,but its capabal and not much to worry about

 

Check out the post I did under group buys it will have all the answers you need I hope.And it would be for the main crank pulley no company makes a full pulley set for a Maxima.

fitted an UDP to my VG motor, easy job provided you have access to an air "wrench" i'm from the UK so bear with me 'cos my 'wheel is on the wrong side!
the job is easy, jack up car , remove RHS front wheel, remove all drive belts, these are no longer any use.
undo crank bolt, air gun required, or remove starter motor and lock fly wheel. re fit UDP, fit new shorter belts, easy!good gains on VG motor but not enough, need more power!
