Im replacing the speakers in my 89 and I cant get at either set. How do I remove the panels to get at them? thanks, Ive looked in the Haynes manual and it is no help at all. I need to order new speakers and I need to make sure Im getting the roght ones, I also need to install them myself which wouldnt be hard if i could get at the things. Thanks guys.

pull out the bottom sit custion(push and then pull up). next unscrew the 4 screws in the upper custion. two in the middle and one on ether side near the doors then push up. then pull out the rear deck just becarful not to bend the rear deck. thats it.

Make sure you pop out the defrost ducts easily before you remove the deck. Try not to break them. That is all there is to it.
