Is the motor bad too? A lot of times the motor's are fine (If you push the button you can hear it) and just the regs fail. If that is the case, you could save yourself $30 and get this one:

I have purchased turn signals from them. The parts fit well and look good, but it doesn't feel like the same quality as the OEM. For me I prefer to spend the money for the OEM. I always know it will fit and last.

hmmmm.......you know what i did remember the motor was working when i took it off the car. whenever i tried using the window there would be this winding sound but stops when the wires get stuck. so is the motor still good then? thatll save me 30 bucks if it is.

Yep, if there is sound coming from the motor it is still fine. Just bolt the new regulator to the motor when you get in there and it should work fine. It has for me the past 3 times anyway... the motor's are pretty durable.

the wires should plug into the harness and go straight to the motor. pull the entire unit out as a whole piece and take a look at it. if the motor turns and the wires are not messed up real badly (exposed wire, etc) then keep the motor part.

The motors electrical wiring? I doubt that happened. All that is connecting the motor to the regulator are the two cables. Once you remove the reg from the motor you'll see what I'm talking about. But the point is, if you hear it... it's fine, if you don't hear it, get a motor.

well i think they are all messed up since i before it took them apart i tried looking into the thing too see how it works, after winding for about 3-5 sec. it would get stuck since the wires are all tangled around the regulator but im pretty sure the motors are working fine.

Oh, so you mean the thin regulator cables? Yeah, that is why they fail. They break/come apart and get really loose and it's possible they can wrap around the regulator or window once they have slack. Just make sure to route them nicely when you install your new regulator; making sure the windows full travel doesn't affect them at all.

they are part of the one that Pearl linked you on post #2. the motor is just held on by 3 chunky screws. you'll see what you have to remove once you get the replacement regulator, simply by seeing what's on one and not on the other.

Yeah, all those "wires" are part of the regulator. Don't worry about them since you'll be throwing it away.
