Ok guys for anyone who cares i got the car back today and let me tell ya its better than ever. After getting all my origional parts off of the motor at the motor yard and putting them on my new motor the mechanic figured out it was the fuel rail and injectors. So all is well now and it runs so nicly and very quick might i add. The only problem i have now, and i noticed this after the motor yard swapped the motor is that when im in first gear is will pop out of gear when i accelerate i have to hold it way up in 1st to keep it there or i have to start out in 2nd... im assuming my linkage might need a little tweeking but i dont know which part to adjust...
