Mystery squealing

I have a squealing coming from the driver's side front wheel area. It varies with speed, and sounds rubbery. Is it possible it could be the wheel bearing? I just swapped out the transmission, but I made sure I torqued the bearing down correctly. It sounded like it was coming from where the axle meets the transmission. The sound is the worst at 5-15mph, and after I've been driving for awhile. Any ideas?

might be your pass side axel, could be the dust shield on ur spindel, i had the same problem once only reason i couldnt hear it after about 20 mph was because the motor and exhaust makes too much noise and it drowns the other noise out, but my problem was a driverside axel...

I'll check that out. I certainly hope I didn't screw anything up. I've put over 5000 miles on it since the swap, and it's just been squealing away since.

does it get louder when you go faster? that could be a sign of the wheel bearing

If it is I can't hear it. It comes around after like 10-20min of driving. It's awful when I'm driving slow.
