Nice Max at the junkyard...

Its a dam shame to see such a nice lookin 3rd gen in the junkyard. What's worse is that the junkyards will not allow you to buy an entire car.

Here you can buy anything from a junk yard. Including entire car.

What's nice about it? The inaccurate respray? The Z wheels?

Looks like a B13 GXE, especially jacked up like that, with the suspension stretched out.

I've never been to a junkyard that leaves wheels and tires on the car though. Might have been a good buy if the price was right.

That does look like a B13, but the rear would tell the story more.

Were those aftermarket headlights or stock?
Is kind of a shame. Maybe the tranny went in it. Otherwise I've seen much worse body wise. Mind you we cant see the back end otherwise I'm sure there's some 3rd Gen owners out there that wouldnt mind driving theirs there and pulling out in that one lol

My camera sucks, but the pearl paint actually wasn't that bad, and it was shiny. The wheels were nice but it had some deep scratches from the dip-****s at the junkyard. As far as how it looks, I've seen a lot of Max's on this site that don't look better than that...and it would help if people actually had pics in their garages! I have no idea wth a B13 is?

all the ones here leave the wheels on, just if the car has locking lugs on it youre in for a nightmare. they'll let you buy yard vehicles whole as well

bodywise that thing looks in pretty good shape, i dont think theres a 3rd gen around me that doesnt have rear door sill rust or some fender rust. never heard of B13 either, i think B13 is the early 90s Sentra chassis code. all 3rd gen Maxima are J30 chassis code

So then what is a "B13 Maxima"? Of course Maximas are gonna resemble other Nissan's because they all follow the same styling cues, so whats so special about a B13?

Still wondering from the pic. If those headlights are stock or the aftermarket euro headlights that were around at one point?

no such thing, B13 are Sentra. 3rd gens were J30 and related to A31 Cefiro. then Maximas went onto A32, A33, A34, etc.

Yes, as Chrome91 said, they are stock. You'd really be able to tell if they were after market

I was just wondering because from the view in your pic. they kind of looked like a euro headlight that was available at one time and had the glass housing like the stock. but i see the link chrome posted with the ones he once had.

I said it looked like a B13. I didn't say it WAS a B13, or that it was a B13 Maxima.

Looks like someone already got it

There is no kit on the car, owner just shaved the factory two tone paint, tricking your brain into thinking there's a kit. With all respect, there's really no excuse for that, considering you own the same car
