VE engine rear crank bushing

Has anyone have any idea if the VE engine of automatic and the VE engine of manual transmission are interchangable, because I got a replacement motor from JDM of Texas and when I redid all the gasket and seals on it, before I am dropping in to replace a blow motor that is from a 5spd and I noticed the back of the crank of the new motor look from the automatic and theres a bearing in it usually with manual has a pilot bearing but I realize i could not put the new pilot bearing in cuz it has a different bearing and I'm trying to remove it and it'll won't move or budge. Anyone had that experience and how you do it. It was almost like its welded or really really stuck in there on the outer circle of the crank.

yeah i saw that post but it looks like the VG is easier, but ,mine is definitely not budging and no matter how many time i used a puller its not moving, it looks almost like it's welded since I am trying to dremel it out and still not moving.

late to the response...you'll need a pilot bearing remover. looks like a gear puller but reversed, there's usually a slide hammer attached to it so you can pull it out.
