I think Unorthodox Racing pulleys are engraved with their name. Good chance this is an unbranded pulley from ebay/china like the one I used some years ago.

Argument for/against an underdrive pulley aside, this one is fine.
Way batter than the OBX style thats prone to breakage, and arguably on the same level as UR and 2JR.
