To answer your question, no, a 50 shot does not feel like much, though it certainly helps a lot! 
You won't really notice it unless you look at the way your speedo races up... it doesn't really 'kick' like the bigger shots can...

50shot gives a lot of pull, and a decent kick. nitrous makes LOTS of torque, the higher u go the more kick u get. i run a 60shot, and theres kick but its nothing like ur gonna **** ur pants kick, but its there, u notice the pull more than the kick on a smaller shot.

Put it this was it may not feel like all that much you do feel the pull…my bother just brought a 2002 IS300. With out the NOS he had me every time about a car and half, with my 50 shot all over. Had him 3 car lengths.
