Raced an F150 Lightning
This was probably a stupid idea but practice makes perfect right?
anyways i was on a local highway when i pulled up to an SVT Lightning (a newer one) at about 50, we had a good straightaway so I turned off OD and punched it-for a minute there I thought I was pulling on him until he flew by me like i was standing still at 100!! Those things are really fast, fast as a Z28! 2001 Lightning 13.9 to 14.1 in the 1/4, and supposedly they handle like an M3! oh well at least I tried instead of asked!

I thought lightnings were faster than 13.9-14.1

Just leave OD on. OD on/off really makes no different at all.
Btw, nice try on the Lightning. At least you tried, instead of posting that if you can take a Lightning or not. On an automatic, even with a SC, I don't think you can take a Lightning.

Mike, Matt took a modded lightning before. It may be possible but on the highway I dont think you stand a chance once they boost!!!
