Power cutting off? then coming back??? HELP!!

hey guys i have a problem with my 96 max 5 speed sometimes i have no power going to my power windows,locks,sunroof etc. after like 3 sec. it comes back. anyone haveing this problem???? whats clould it beee????

There is a circuit breaker in that circuit, it might be tripping and resetting. This is a long shot w/o much info.
