Just did 4 Gtech runs.....

just did 4 0-60 runs. ( too many troopers to go for 1/4)

I know these things are not dead accurate but its good for an overall idea on the cars performance....

With about 5 secs wheelspin on perfect flat road and straight - 6.55

Again more wheelspin, ****ty road - 6.88

Even more wheelspin and missed shift - 6.99

****load of wheelspin - 6.99

Plus I dont think the clucth has ever been changed...(got the car at 45K) and i think it slips when pushed hard. My wifes 99 clutch grabs alot better.

0-60 times are nothing more than an indication of traction really. I cant get decent 0-60 times on my GTECH but I do pretty well at the track.

Cool

I just got my G-tech yesterday. I really haven't used it except for the lateral G's. I don't want to disturb my mileage since I'm trying to measure the mileage gains from my last mod.

Look familiar?...

In my auto w/HAI and a small chirp out of the tires. BTW just for the record although nobody will believe me because I don't have a pic, my buddy in his stock 2k Max auto pulled a 6.52.

yeah Neal.......i need to get to englishtown. I hate the military! Every time i plan a trip there a damn plane breaks......

One day tho..i figure i should get at least a 14.6........maybe better who knows...need a new clutch and to ditch the restrictive stock exhaust......i might see better performance from the CAI and Ypipe.

Its more of a "Gee how much traction will the kumho's get right now" test... the 1/4 is most accurate. Still with the wheelspin eating 1/10's of a second....i should be around 6 flat

the 6.99 times were mad wheelspin........just about into second......plus i could be timing my "mash the gas, let the clutch wrong....and dragging the clutch into sceond.

Englishtown will tell all......

It anything.......it's fun as hell! GTech Funmeter Pro.......

Re: True Neal....

Here is the thing, you can't just take the best times. What you do is average your times and throw out the worst and best run. This is more accurate of what the car can pull. Or there is another way assuming you have a shift light or something that accurately shows engine rpm. You can set it to go off at 5900rpm, because with stock tires, 5900rpm in 2nd gear is 60mph.
