no pictures, but it's some kinda gutter guard, it should be around the gutter material. comes in small sheets, you'll probably need 3 of them to do the whole front of car

It's called gutter mesh. I did mine, but mine isn't 95 or 96.

There aren't really any "instructions" out there. But this might help

look at my sig also

I just went to my Lowes (I don't have a Home Depot) and looked for Gutter Guard.... it was like $1.08 for one piece, pretty cheap. All you do is cut it in the desired shape and you CAN put it over the grill thats already there (which is what I did). Then, I cut a hole in the mesh so that the NISSAN emblem could be seen. I fastened it with some thick wire that I also got at Lowes (the wire was silverish looking, so it blends in with the mesh)..... overall, it must have taken me about 30 minutes total, but I didn't do the bottom... only the top of the grill (with the NISSAN EMBLEM)

hope this helps!

It's available @ Home Depot. I think it looks good, you should also add a clearcoat to it to prevent rusting... all i did was spray silver paint onto it. It's also the perfect length for the maxima.

BTW- I'm not totally sure about the difference in length w/ the 95/96 bumper... although i have a 96, i converted my front to 97+. good luck and be careful not to cut urself.

Re: Re: Re: Home Depot grill...

I remember this guy that had a signature picture of his car in it he portrayed the front bumber area showing off his grill. Then he had a link to his website were he would manufacture the grills and send them to you for about $20. Does anyone have a link to his page or know who he is. Thanks in advance...

There's no mesh grills at the home depot's near my house...that's too bad. But I found a grill made for cars for the price of 25 $CND. That's about $US15. Not bad hun?
How did you guys attach the grill to the bumper? and how did you make the exact shape for the grills?

Well to attach the grill, what i did was use a metal wire to tie one link of the grill and then pulled it back to tie it around a pillar or whatever behind the bumper.

To make the exact shape of the grill... you just have to measure it and make it fit.

I don't understand what you mean when you say "patterns"

Here's a pic of how mine came out:

I tried it and scratched up my car cuz i couldn;t get it to fit right after a few hours. I'm kinda lazy and tried to make a cut out but it didn't work and I don't know. I think I'm gong to order it from grille-tech, nice and easy. I know it's stupid but hey thats me. It comes all clear coated with the rubber around the edges so it daesn't damage my car like I did. I know this is a little off topic but where do I get a nice bra... for the front of my car not me.

That works too. Actually now i remember i never tied down the bottom grill. I remember i kinda just pushed it in and wedged iin there lol. The paint obviously got scratched down there... but hey, i can't notice em nor ever saw em so it's ok

I hope it doesn't fall out tho, it's been almost 4 months w/ it on so i think i'm ok.
