wheels with 5 x 114.3 and 45mm offset. will they fit?

Ok I hate posting stuff like this cuz everyone will be like " Use the search. Don't be lazy" I did used the search but I can't find the correct answer some of you say yes some say no. I am about to close this terrific deal on some 19x8 moda r6 wheels with the bolt pattern of 5 x 114.3 and the offset of 45mm. Will these wheels fit my 97 SE. This is one in a life time deal and I can't even search alot cuz I am at work. Please if some one knows let me know. Thanks.

Will 5 x 114 offset 18" x 8" rim fit on the Max?
Maximas support bolt pattern 5 x 114 and 18" X 8" rims. The offset should be in the 35-38mm range. Maybe you can fit less then 35mm but I'm not sure. Center bore was not mentioned but if the center bore is too small(smaller then 66.1 mm) the wheels will not fit onto your hubs. You might be able to get different hubcentric rings though.

i think r6's fit no problem

45mm offset is a bit too tucked in, IMO.

You've got that backwards. Higher offset more the wheel is inset.

are they the correct size? NO
will they fit? MAYBE

I have 17 x 7.5 rims with a 45 offset and they fit and work well. They are not the ideal size but I was mostly looking for cheap rims to how wider tires at the time. Interestigly they will both stick in further and out further than stock rims so you don't really have to worry about them looking tucked. If you are going with a tire that will give you a larger overall sidewall than stock then they won't work because they will rub like crazy.

I have 40mm offset and am considering spacers. My rear my be a bit wider because it's the I30 though. It is just a little too tucked for me.

Isn't the stock 16s like 16X7 or maybe even 16X6. The reason 17X7.5 won't be looking tucked even with 45mm offset, it's because 5 mm is nothing in comparsion to the extra 1/2" in width.
