Has any one tried using the the PIAA H3 yellow ion crystals in their fog lights, if so what were the results like, and were you pleased?

they are yellow for the 1st 3ft off the bumper and after that they are just white. But their especially white when you see them in oncoming traffic.

Stick with Piaa SW or Extreme Whites cause you will never get that Lexus look with just bulbs

I have Philips Allweather H3 bulbs and they are decently yellow. With my 6000k HIDs, they make for a nice contrast. They look twice as yellow as normal halogens and look yellow from far away. Our H3 stock fogs don't cover a whole lot of road imho though, but at least people can see you better when visibility is poor.

I have the PIAA Platinum Super Whites in my head lights and am pretty pleased with the results.

I am considering the yellow H3's, rather than the white to improve visibility esp in rain/snow.

If yellow light only goes for 3 ft and it looks white to on comming traffic then do I have the best of both worlds?
Or is the white not quite as whte as the Super/Xtreme Whites?

they look almost like regular halogens at a distance. Not as nice as PIaa SW.
