Cruise Control Problem?

Ok, this is just weird, when I set my cruise and just crusing everything is fine but, when I use my turn signal the cruise shuts off. I was installing some stereo equipment last night and took the cables off of the battery which, I thought would reset the ECU and solve the problem. This did not solve the problem. It really sucks because I always use my signal to change lanes and the cruise shuts off. I have a 99 5spd if that helps. Any insights would help!

I would find and clean all the grounds from battery through those on the engine. There are several. Do a search for ground or grounding. There is a kit that oversizes all the grounds and is suppose to increase HP. There are some pics on these posts that show where all the grounds are because some folks are making their own heavy grounds. I've been wanting to do this but no time.... Hope this helps....
