Interior Blinker/Directional/Green Arrow things

I have already searched so if it's been talked about forgive me..
I want to change the color of the green arrows in the dash (that flash with your turn signals) So I'm wondering if these are bulbs or LED's or what, or if anyone has changed them before?

From Experience...

From experience of changing bulbs behind the dash, I believe the green light looking arrow you're talking about is actually a green stained piece of plastic that goes over your actual bulbs. Consequently you cannot change the color of your turn signal interior lights.

It's plastic over the bulb, but you can't do anything about it unless you decide to cut up your gauge bezel.
