Questions about aluminum dash kits

I have a question about the aluminum dash kits. I'm looking for one that has the aluminum for the vents on top of the dash (like right next to the passenger airbag). What would you suggest? The Custommaxima.Com one does not have it. I do not want the Joshua Tree kit because of the ugly seam in the temp. control panel.

Also, how come NONE of the dash kits seem to have a piece for the door above the ash tray? Do any kits come with that piece?

Re: Questions about aluminum dash kits

We make the ones for Custommaxima and now for Joshua Tree. We never got a template for those vents above the doors on the 4th gens and no one really cared so it never got done. We have the vents on the 5th gen though.

And if you have the fold down door, nobody really makes a piece for it because of the handle and the bend, nothing will conform to that. If you have the slideout tray, then all dash kit companies have that piece.

Is it possible for those vent pieces and door handle trim for the 4th gen to be made Jeff?

My carbon fiber dash kit has a piece for the fold down door for the cubby hole. It doesn't completely cover the door...it's just kinda like an accent piece, I guess.

My old wood dash kit had that piece. I have the aluminum now I got from Shadow long ago and it doesn't have it.
