Front End Noise

I HAVE A 95 MAX. WITH 146000 MILES AND IVE BEEN HEARING GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR WHEN I AM SLOWING TO A STOP. ITS NOT THAT NOTICIBLE AT TIMES UNLESS I REALY LISTEN. IT CANT BE WORN OUT PADS BECAUSE I DONT DRIVE THAT MUCH OR RACE IT AND I'VE CHANGED BOTH FRONT ROTORS AND PADS 5 MONTHS AGO AT MIDAS.

ANY OPINIONS ON WHAT IT MIGHT BE

Either your pads are worn out again, or the splash shield is bent and hitting your rotor.
