Losing my head with this Loud Whistling noise cumming from the engine bay ???

hey guys im losing my head ova this but i thought this loud whistling noise was a vacumm leak. but i tired spraying brake clean around the hose found ****. so i was searching and peeps said that it may be a bad bearing etc.??? when the cooling fans *** on the noise goes away. i think i can hear it when i driving on the highway but im not sure casue i think its the noise from the wind hitting my cracks on the door/windows. anyone have a ideas i know peeps had this problem tho.

you talk weird... and the word "***" is used too many times!

anyways, did you check your intake? Perhaps there's a leak somewhere. Does the whistling get louder when your at WOT?

My frankencar whistle real loud when the hood is up, so there is no mistake about the whistlin coming from the filter.

its coming from ur pulleys. I have it too only at idle and when i look down i see the one which i think is the tensioner pully cuz it doesnt look attached to anything and it is kinda of riggling off axis which might cause it, im not sure yet, when i get back from chi town for new years im gonna check it out.
