Question about wheel sizes (offset) with Konig Tantrums

I have a question about a set of Konig Tantrum wheels I want to buy. If you go to the Discount Tire website, it says the Tantrum size for the Maxima is 18X7.5 5-114.3 45S. Does that mean the offset is 45?

I am looking at buying a set of Tantrums on the net, and the size is listed as: 18x7.5 Konig Tantrum wheels, 5x100 with offset 45. Do these two sets of wheels match up?

With an offset of 45 will I need spacers or anything? I searched and everything pretty much said that for 48 offset you would need spacers, but nobody said for sure if you do for 45 to look right.

yes the offset is 45, which will fit fine, but 5X100 isnt going to work, you need 5X 114.3
