Recall on starters and o2 sensors

Does anybody know iif there was a recall on 1995 Maxima starters and sensors? If so, can I still get them changed if the original owner didn't? Is there any official documentation of the recall information? Thanks.

Visit your local friendly Nissan dealer. He can do a computer lookup with your Vehicle Identification Number to see if it was the subject of any recalls. This lookup will also show if your car already had the service performed.

Past discussion of this topic indicated there was a recall on Oxygen Sensors and there was no recall on starters.
