need help: lights/fuses blowin out after installed altezza

so today i put in my $41 carbon fiber altezza tails from ebay, it looked awesome when it completed... i tested both lights on and off, steppin on the brake, and the directional signals... 2nite i went ballin with my friends who was drivin behind me...he told me my tails was PITCH BLACK! but when i step on my brake the lights are out... i suspected it's probably blown fuse so i checked it out... for some odd reason my corner lights blew out too! so jus imagine driving home after ballin, 1 am in the morning with my head light on the whole time on the freeway...

i'm gonna replace my fuse for both my tail lights and corner lights... also the the 2 bulbs for the tail's reverse light... i actually replaced one bulb already cuz it blew out... quickly after awhile another one blew out too... i picked up the same bulb for 75 cents and tat one was blewed out too..

SO THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING... HELP MEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

As for the bulbs blowing, DON'T Touch the bulb. If you do, clean it thoroughly. The bulbs heat and expand so fast that if there is oil from your fingers on the bulbs, that small portion of the bulb will heat and expand at a much slower rate causing the bulb to blow.
