disassembly on Altezza's

I have searched for this one, and can't find anyone that has taken apart altezza's yet. I want to take off the clear lense and paint the chrome on the altezza's and then put them back together... Anybody done this yet?!?! Do they come apart similar to the clears?!? If so, what is the technique for doing this?!?! Oven (how hot and how long, and what silicon should I use to reseal, etc... etc... Thank you

Jason

A few people have tried this before but I don't think any of them succeded cause they say that the altezza are too cheaply made and cracks easily or something like that. What you should many do is paint the outside of the altezza instead of the inside (Sexima's Project) cause that mod looks pretty cool too. Hope this helped.

some people have managed but its very difficult.....some people put them in the oven, and those suckers just melted.....you can try using a heat gun......but your better off doing the skyline tails mod

Have fun trying to get them apart. I went through 2 sets of lights before I just decided to paint the outside of them. By the way I think they would not look as good painted on the inside.
