Mudflaps & bodykits

I’ve got a very simple question. Can you retain the factory mudflaps while having a bodykit?

Oh wait, one more question – Cheapest place to get H&R’s?

The first answer is NO you cannot due to the mounting and mold of the wheel well and all bodykits change from stock to altered lines...

for the other one, look in the For Sale board for those selling theirs...and work a deal from the posts you get...good luck

mud flaps (splash guards) wont fit on the maxima if you have a kit on it. Reason why is the bottom part of the splash guard will not fit over the kit. Maybe there's a way to put the kit over the splash guard....not sure how it would look and if things will still stay connected properly but i would just get rid of splash guardss....a lot of peole want to buy them on the org anyway...

Thanks for the replies thus far. So, does your car suffer alot of damage without the mudflaps (paint chips, tar, salt spray. etc)? And is it easy to take the kit off in the winter and put the mudflaps back on? I’m asking b/c I live in a Bermuda triangle of snowfall and we can get some really harsh weather sometimes.
