Just drive it for a while. Clear the code and drive as normal, if there's nothing wrong, then the light will probably turn itself off after a few days or a week.

I also have a weird ECU thing going on. It started when i took off my resonator/silencer for the intake. It threw out a MAF sensor code. Well i got it cleared saturday and everything was fine. I did put back the resonator by the way. But when my resonator was off, my car bucked and stalled quite a few times. I know its not supposed to do this. Well the other day i decided to take it off again to see what happens, and the same scenario happened. My question is why doesnt the MAF sensor code come up when the resonator is on? It drives fine and everything... Could my MAF really be screwed up?!

Also, how much is a MAF sensor?! I found one for $414.97!, is this right!!?

I think you must have knocked the harness a little bit causing a bad connection. Also, check your intake to make sure there aren't any places where air can get in unmetered by the MAF.
