HELP**** My car is Jerking Like anything.......

Hello guys I need some serious help with my car. I will be Short. I have a 96, 5 speed, it’s been like 5 months now, if I accelerate hard right after changing from 3rd to 4th or from 4th to 5th my car jerks like anything its like somebody is CHOCKING my Maxima and my car is struggling to breath (It happens for like 3 seconds max). It literally moves and shakes my whole car. When I change gears easily no problem, but if I change the gears fast it’s like a drama and it’s not like that I just started to drive stick, I have only driven manual in my life never bought an automatic. I have changed spark plugs, fuel filter, Knock Sensor, but in vain. Lately I am getting the error code 0903, I read about it and I am sure it has nothing to do with the jerking/Shaking of the car, as it is just for emissions. I NEED SOME ADVICE WHAT THE HELL CAN BE WRONG!!! Can it be my fuel injectors? Are there any error codes for bad fuel injectors? I know my engine mounts are kind of shady I need to replace them but they are not THAT bad that they would cause my car to shake like that....

hmm...i'd test out the coil packs and fuel injectors for misfiring.
other than that, could be the engine mounts going bad and having the engine rock back and forth under throttle.

misfires are little jerks while accelerating...i had them a month ago. changed the spark plugs and problem solved.
you need to test the ignition coils with an ohmmeter or something and check the resistance...im not an expert on it or anything.

is your clutch slipping at all?
